The art of coping with stress.

The war brought an extraordinary psychological burden to people. Changes in life, uncertainty of the future and constant danger force us to look for new ways to support mental health. That is why our foundation implemented two unique projects aimed at developing stress resistance and psychological support for different groups of the population.
Each of these projects had its own specifics, but they are united by one goal: to help people overcome the consequences of the war and learn to cope effectively with stress.

«Self-help: Mastery of Stress Resistance» ProjectThis project was created for internally displaced persons who were forced to leave their homes due to the war and found shelter in the city of Kharkiv.
Project implementation:✔️ 10 trainings on psychological resistance were held for 4 groups of participants;
✔️ 120 people who currently live in dormitories in Kharkiv took part in the classes;
✔️ The training helped participants understand the mechanisms of stress, master self-help techniques and strengthen psychological resilience.

Thanks to this project, many IDPs received the necessary tools to overcome anxiety and restore inner harmony in war conditions.

● Project «Volunteer Power»The second project had a different audience - volunteers of our foundation, who work every day in stressful conditions, helping others. To maintain their effectiveness and prevent professional burnout, we organized a series of professional trainings.
Project implementation:✔️ Participants underwent testing, which included an assessment of the level of stress, symptoms of burnout and motivation for volunteering;
✔️ Specialized trainings were conducted, covering methods of burnout prevention, relaxation techniques and emotion management;
✔️ According to the results of the classes, the level of emotional exhaustion was significantly reduced in most volunteers.

This project has made an important contribution to supporting those who dedicate themselves to others every day, allowing our foundation’s volunteers to work more effectively and maintain emotional balance. Both projects have become real examples of how training and psychological support can strengthen people in difficult times. This not only helps to overcome the consequences of war, but also contributes to the formation of a more resilient society.
